Bill is the Director of Dome Consultants, LLC. He established Dome Consultants, LLC after his successful tenure as Rhode Island’s Speaker of the House from 2003-2010. Bill is also a Partner in the law firm of Murphy and Fay, LLP in Providence, RI. An accomplished attorney, Bill has been lead counsel in over 50 criminal jury trials.

Bill has represented numerous national and local businesses, associations and non-profit corporations over the course of his lobbying career. Drawing on his experience of 18 years in public office, Bill brings unmatched insight into how government works and what it takes to deliver results.
A native of Rhode Island, Bill received his BA in Politics and Government from the University of Hartford and his Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center (University of New Hampshire). His career reflects a rare combination of legal acumen, political experience, and legislative success that strengthens our team and amplifies our impact.

Before joining Dome Consultants, Brendan worked with Justice Assistance, a criminal-justice–focused non-profit, where he led government relations throughout Rhode Island. After graduating law school, he served as a Law Clerk to a Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
Brendan earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. His background in law and public policy enables him to craft effective strategies that turn client objectives into meaningful legislative action.
